You have read and acknowledge these Terms and Conditions and have had an opportunity to discuss any questions or concerns with employees or representatives of Arches London Bridge.
Arches London Bridge may revise or amend these Terms of Use from time to time, which may be to update the content, increase the Website’s functionality, keep up with advances in technology or remain compatible with popular browsers and devices or reflect changes to applicable regulations. Any revision or amendment will apply to the use of the Website from the date of publication, and you should check this page regularly to ensure that you are familiar with and accept the current version.
In the interest of keeping our visitors safe and for detecting misuse we may use any method available, including technical and legal to prevent or remedy a breach of these Terms of Use and the license.
Nothing in these Terms of Use (or elsewhere on our Website) will exclude or limit our liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Admission & Events
Arches London Bridge will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that events open and run as per ticket times. However, Arches London Bridge reserves the right, with or without prior notice, to close the venue or cancel events. Appropriate notice and communication will be made in these instances.
All visitors are admitted subject to a condition that, if requested to do so, they will allow themselves and / or their belongings to be searched.
Arches London Bridge reserves the right to refuse to serve alcohol to anybody that appears to be intoxicated and to ask for proof of age prior to serving any alcohol.
Arches London Bridge reserves the right to refuse admission to anybody that fails to arrive on time for their experience, without right to refund.
All visitors to exhibitions are expected to behave in a way that
a) Is not disruptive to other visitors;
b) does not cause any risk to the health and safety of other visitors or staff;
c) does not risk damage to the Venue, exhibition displays or equipment;
Arches London Bridge reserve the right to refuse admission and / or to remove from the event if any person failing to comply with the terms and conditions or whose presence is a source of danger or does not comply with ours or Network Rail’s safety standards.
The touching of artefacts outside of any White Glove Experience is strictly prohibited. The misuse or interference with set or objects is an offence, and offenders will be asked to leave the experience without a refund and may be subject to prosecution. The guest shall pay for the cost of repairing any damage caused to the property, contents or grounds of the event.
The use of cameras or video recording equipment in the Venue by visitors is permitted and can be posted for personal use. Any commercial use of images or video is strictly prohibited. Images and videos posted that represent the exhibition in detail are not permitted as is generated content that infringes on the copyright of Arches London Bridge and its partners. Visitors who are found to be in breach of this may be subject to prosecution.
From time to time Arches London Bridge or other authorised parties carry out photography and/or video recording within experiences, which may feature visitors. Entry to the experience is deemed acceptance of these regulations and you therefore agree that Arches London Bridge or any authorised party may use such images in perpetuity in any promotional, advertising or publicity material in any format whatsoever. You further agree that copyright in these materials rests with Arches London Bridge or such authorised party. If you have any objections to being filmed or recorded please contact a member of the management when you enter the venue.
Arches London Bridge operates a zero-tolerance policy towards theft from its retail area and reserve the right to remove from the event any visitor caught attempting to steal merchandise.
Arches London Bridge is committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for both staff and visitors. Any form of abusive, threatening, or aggressive behaviours toward staff—whether in person, over the phone, via email, or on social media—will not be tolerated. Visitors engaging in such behaviours may be refused entry, removed from the premises, and, where necessary, reported to the appropriate authorities.
Tickets
Full terms and conditions for the purchase and use of tickets is available from via our ticketing partner Gigantic.
Tickets for exhibitions are available from authorised agents, any tickets purchased through any other source will be invalid.
When purchasing tickets you must check that the details inputted is correct and up to date, we cannot be held responsible or liable for any errors or incorrect information provided by you.
The cost of purchasing tickets shall be as stated on our Website, subject to any material errors; any discounts or concessions are at our discretion. Where concessions are offered we may ask for proof of the required criteria either during the booking process or upon entry to the exhibition.
Tickets cannot be used for any promotions, competitions, prizes, or give aways without our express written consent.
You, the purchaser of the tickets, will be held responsible and liable, on a full indemnity basis, for any damage caused to the Venue or exhibition by you or any member of your group.
Customers arriving with a student ticket, will need to present your current academic year official University or College Student Identification card alongside a student ticket. We may ask you to pay the difference on arrival without the appropriate ID. / You may be refused entry without the appropriate ID.
Website
Arches London Bridge takes great care to show the content as accurately as possible, however, the content, prices, offers, specifications, availability, design, layout, scheme, or theme are subject to change without notice and provided without warranty that they are accurate or error free and may be stated incorrectly.
We may recover any costs, expenses or losses incurred as a result of any misuse or abuse of the Website or networks including but not limited to costs incurred for cleaning the Website or removing content, administration, representations or attendance with authorities, legal fees and use of third party representation.
Liability
Arches London Bridge accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to persons or property, however sustained, on its premises and shall in no circumstances be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense or any consequential or indirect loss or damage of any kind.
